Degree value for money?

My daughter received her degree result yesterday and thankfully she achieved a brilliant grade,

But the day before her results she received a letter saying a substantial part of her work had not been marked due to strike action and illness! (see extract below)

This on top of continued industrial action by her tutors from Nov 2019 and throughout her entire degree and minimal face to face throughout an extended online Covid experience.

Value for money?

There has been No offer of a rebate for her fees.  
Our MP (Steve Baker) responded to me saying it was a shame but out of government control !!!
Students are reluctant to complain at risk of jeopardising their grade, also the student representation (NUS) seems to have faded away. 

The letter
As you may or may not know, the module convenors and markers for both modules were on sick leave throughout the marking period towards the end of May and into early June.  What I’m sure you will remember is that the University and College Union (UCU) was taking industrial action ‘short of strike’, including a marking boycott, at that time.  The ‘action short of a strike’ meant that, even when the marking boycott was lifted, staff who were union members would not cover the work of absent colleagues.
