A liquidity crisis may be around the corner, but will lenders consider all your collateral including IP if you ask for help?

The IP Finance session yesterday at IPBC Europe with the leaders in the space, was illuminating. 

• clearly lenders assess all assets and risks and not just IP 
• although lenders might take IP as collateral, they may not understand it

There maybe arbitrage opportunities and we heard of examples where smart intermediaries provided business solutions using IP to drive up valuations.
